Welcome to Maiden Race LLC (“Maiden Race,” “we,” “us,” “our”). By accessing or using our website, products, or services (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Services.

1. General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
All original text, branding, website content, and other materials created by Maiden Race LLC are protected and may not be reproduced, copied, or exploited without our written permission.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a revised version on our website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Product Production & Display
To maintain product quality, reduce waste, and ensure availability, many Maiden Race items are produced individually or in limited batches once an order is placed. Production timelines may vary, and estimated delivery windows will appear during checkout.
Digital previews, mockups, and product images represent the design but may differ slightly from the final physical item due to factors such as screen settings, print processes, and material texture. These normal variations are not considered defects.

3. Accuracy of Information
We strive for accurate product listings, pricing, and descriptions. However, occasional errors may occur.
We reserve the right to correct errors, update information, or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate, even after an order has been submitted.

4. Pricing & Billing
 Prices are subject to change without notice.
 We are not responsible for inaccurate billing information provided by you.
 Orders may be canceled or declined if flagged for fraud or payment issues.

5. Orders, Shipping & Delivery
 When placing an order, you agree that:
 • You have provided a complete and accurate shipping address.
 • We are not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
 • Shipping timelines provided at checkout are estimates, not guarantees.
 • Carrier delays, customs inspections, holidays, or events outside our control may affect delivery times.
 • Once a package has been accepted by the carrier, liability transfers to the carrier.
 • If a package is lost, stolen, or significantly delayed, we will assist you in contacting the carrier or investigating the issue, but replacement or reimbursement is not guaranteed unless supported by the carrier or our production partners.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
Because production begins after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

• Incorrect size or color selection
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Minor color or placement variations
• Shipping delays caused by the carrier
• Incorrect addresses entered by the customer

Replacements & Refunds for Defective Items

Maiden Race LLC may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund for items that have a verified manufacturing defect, misprint, or were damaged during delivery.

All claims must:

  • be submitted within 7 days of delivery,

  • include clear photos of the issue, and

  • be reviewed and approved by Maiden Race LLC.

Replacements and refunds are not guaranteed and are determined on a case-by-case basis depending on:

  • the nature and severity of the issue,

  • product availability, and

  • the policies of our production partners.

7. Prohibited Uses
 You agree not to use the Services to:
 • Violate any laws
 • Infringe intellectual property rights
 • Upload malicious code or interfere with the website
 • Misrepresent yourself or commit fraud
 • Harass, abuse, or harm others
 • Attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Services
 • Use our content or products for commercial purposes without permission
 Violations may result in immediate termination of your access.

8. Intellectual Property
Maiden Race LLC uses a combination of original content, AI-generated content created by us, photography produced by us, and public domain materials that are free for commercial use. We do not claim exclusive ownership over any public domain works or materials that are legally available for others to use.
However, the Maiden Race brand name, logo, product descriptions, written content, product titles, website layout, and the overall presentation of our products and branding are original to Maiden Race LLC. These elements are protected under U.S. copyright and common-law trademark principles.

You may not use the Maiden Race name, logo, branding elements, product descriptions, listing layouts, or other original website content for commercial purposes without written permission. You also may not present your products or website in a way that intentionally imitates the branding, style, or presentation of Maiden Race LLC.
Using the same public domain images that we use is allowed under law, but copying Maiden Race LLC’s branding, presentation, or original content is not.

9. Limitation of Liability
 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maiden Race LLC is not liable for:
 • Delivery delays outside our control
 • Lost or stolen packages
 • Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer
 • Normal production variations
 • Misuse of products
 • Indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages
 Our total liability to you is limited to the amount paid for your order.

10. Indemnification
 You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Maiden Race LLC from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
 • Your use of the Services
 • Your breach of these Terms
 • Your violation of any law or third-party rights

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be resolved in California courts unless otherwise required by law.

12. TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed through TikTok Shop are governed by TikTok Shop’s own policies, which may differ from the policies on this website. TikTok Shop’s rules will apply to any order placed through their platform.
