SHIPPING POLICY — MAIDEN RACE LLC

Thank you for shopping with Maiden Race LLC. This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are fulfilled, processed, and delivered.

 


 

1. Order Processing Times

Most items are produced on demand once your order is placed.
Processing times may vary depending on:

  • the specific product ordered

  • current production volume

  • material availability

  • holidays or peak seasons

Estimated processing times are shown at checkout, but they are not guaranteed.

 


 

2. Shipping Times

Once your order is produced, it will be shipped by one of our trusted third-party production partners or carriers. Shipping times vary depending on:

  • the product

  • destination

  • selected shipping method

  • carrier workload

Because we work with multiple fulfillment partners, different items in the same order may arrive separately.

 


 

3. Tracking Information

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.
Tracking updates may take up to 48–72 hours to appear depending on the carrier.

If you ordered multiple items, you may receive more than one tracking number.

 


 

4. Delivery Issues

Once your package has been accepted by the carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.

Maiden Race LLC is not responsible for:

  • packages lost or stolen during transit

  • delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors

  • packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered at checkout

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed unless supported by the carrier or our production partners.

 


 

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • the product

  • destination

  • carrier rates

  • fulfillment partner rates

Shipping fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned, refused, or undeliverable.

 


 

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

Please double-check your shipping information before submitting your order.

 


 

7. International Shipping

Some products may be available for international shipping depending on the fulfillment partner producing the item. International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees assessed by their country.

These charges are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

 


 

8. Split Shipments

Because items may be fulfilled by different production partners, orders containing multiple products may ship in separate packages and arrive on different dates.

 


 

9. TikTok Shop Orders

Orders placed on TikTok Shop follow TikTok Shop’s own shipping and delivery policies, which may differ from the policies on this website.
TikTok Shop’s rules will apply to any order placed through their platform.
