RETURN & REFUND POLICY — MAIDEN RACE LLC

Thank you for shopping with Maiden Race LLC. Because many of our products are produced individually once an order is placed, we do not accept traditional returns or exchanges. Please review this policy before placing your order.
1. Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

Incorrect size or color selection

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse

Minor color, scale, or placement variations

Normal production differences related to materials or print methods

Shipping delays caused by the carrier
-
Items shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout
All sales are final.
2. Replacements & Refunds for Defective Items
Maiden Race LLC may, at our sole discretion, offer a replacement or refund for items that have a verified:

manufacturing defect
-
misprint
-
damage caused during delivery by the carrier
To request a review, you must:

submit your claim within 7 days of delivery

include clear photos of the issue

provide your order number and email used at checkout
All claims must be reviewed and approved by Maiden Race LLC before any action is taken.
Replacements and refunds are not guaranteed and depend on:

the nature and severity of the issue

available inventory
-
the policies of our production and shipping partners
We reserve the right to decline any claim that does not meet these requirements.
3. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once an order has been accepted by the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery transfers to the carrier.
Maiden Race LLC is not responsible for:

lost or stolen packages

packages delivered to incorrect addresses entered by the customer

carrier delays due to customs, weather, peak volume, or other external events
If your package is lost or delayed, we will assist you in contacting the carrier, but replacements or refunds are not guaranteed unless supported by the carrier or our production partners.
4. Incorrect Addresses
Orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund.
Please double-check your address at checkout.
5. TikTok Shop Orders
Orders placed through TikTok Shop are governed by TikTok Shop’s own policies, which may differ from the policies on this website. TikTok Shop’s rules will apply to any order placed through their platform.
